Midwest Security

Midwest Security Insurance Company was founded in 1974 and is a UnitedHealth Group company. The company’s headquarters are in Onalaska, Wisconsin, with support offices in Green Bay and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Chicago and Rockford, Illinois, and Detroit, Michigan. The company provides fully insured and self funded health plans to employers in most Midwestern states and other states around the country.

Midwest Security offers a wide variety of healthcare products some of which are fully insured, split funded and self funded managed care health plans, dental plans, group term life, individual health plans, stop loss insurance, and short term disability.
