Pennsylvania - Highmark Blue Shield

Highmark Blue Shield offers two indemnity programs for families and individuals who do not have group health care and who are not eligible for Medicare, ClassicBlue Tradtional and ClassicBlue Comprehensive.

They offer the Children's Health Insurance Program of Pennsylvania (CHIP). The other plans they offer include DirectBlue, BlueAccount HSA, BlueAccount FSA, BlueChoicesm, BlueWorldwide Expatsm, Classic Blue, PPOBlue, SelectBlue, EPOBlue, FreedomBlue, MedigapBlue, BlueRx, and BlueAccount HRA.

Highmark also offers six Medicare Supplemental plans: Plans A, B, C, E, H, and I.
